Terms & Conditions of booking

1. A non-refundable £150 (£295 for international workshops/courses) per person deposit is required at the time of booking and should be sent with the completed booking form. The balance is due ninety days before the start date. If the balance does not reach us by this date, we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled.

2. If you are booking within ninety days of the start date, please make payment in full with your completed booking form.

3. In the event of your course or workshop being cancelled by Cargill-Walsh Photography for whatever reason, your payment will be refunded in full including your deposit. Our liability is limited to the amount of any money you have paid to us.

4. If you cancel more than ninety days before the start date then any money you have paid to us is fully refundable, minus your deposit.

5. If you cancel between 90 and 45 days before the start date you will receive a 50% refund, minus your deposit.

6. If you cancel 45 days or less before the start date there will be no refund. This also includes a request to change the date of your course. We may at our discretion allow a full transfer to another date without penalty.

7. If you wish to cancel your workshop please do so in writing. The date the letter is received will be used to determine whether a refund will be made.

8. Cargill-Walsh Photography does not accept responsibility for personal injury during the course or any loss or damage of valuables, including camera equipment for the duration of the course. Course delegates should insure their own camera equipment. Course delegates should also organise their own travel insurance where required.

9. The course tutor provided by Cargill-Walsh Photography may vary dependent on course subject - we will always provide a tutor who is suited to run your particular course.

10. We are unable to accept bookings from persons under 18 years old.

11. By signing the booking form, you are agreeing to accept these Terms and Conditions. The person signing the form does so on behalf of all the other individuals included on it, so that all are bound by the booking conditions.
